Kevin Heitke has been keeping it local since 1990 when he opened a local law office in the Northwest corner of Rhode Island, a vastly under-served area for legal needs. Kevin became involved in politics right away, dealing with environment protection in the Burrillville Land Trust and helping to build a greenway by preserving our rural character through donations and inexpensive acquisition of property that might have otherwise gone to developers.
Kevin has been actively involved in local politics for nearly two decades. After serving on the Burrillville Town Council from 2008-2012, Kevin served as Burrillville’s Municipal Court judge, while vigilantly keeping his finger to the pulse of the needs, fears and goals of the residents of Burrillville. He was elected to serve as the Vice Chairman of the Burrillville Democratic Town Committee until 2019, when he was elected to Chair the group. Kevin has also served as Committeeman for District 47 on the Rhode Island Democratic Party.
Kevin Heitke has been an attorney for 30 years at Heitke Cook Antoch, LLC.
